Terms & Conditions

Multi-Day Trips

These terms and conditions apply to multi-day trips reserved with Art With Friends, LLC & Savant Tours, Inc.

 

Registration

  • To register for a trip, go the trip information page and click on “Reserve now!”

  • A non-refundable deposit is required in order to complete the registration process.

Deposit

  • A $500 per person, non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation.

  • The deposit may be paid with Visa, Mastercard and American Express on the trip registration page, or manual payment via Zelle or Venmo.

 

Final Payment

  • Final payment is due before the trip, see date indicated on the trip webpage.

  • Art With Friends reserves the right to automatically cancel your reservation on that date and it may be subject to reconfirmation should the final payment not be received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in USD via bank transfer or with check.

  • In order to qualify for any promotions, final balance must be received by the deadline as specified on the trip webpage.

 

Adjustment to Future Trip Terms 

Art With Friends LLC reserves the right to adjust its terms of payment, including cancellation policies and initial deposits, for future trips. Any changes to our terms will be clearly communicated on our website and, where relevant, to potential participants.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations need to be made in writing. The cancellation fee depends on the date when I receive written notification of your request to cancel your booking. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

 

Cancellation Fees for Multi-Day Trips

  • Cancellations made prior to departure incur the loss of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to departure incur the loss of 50% of the full trip cost.

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the departure incur the loss of 100% of the full trip cost.

  • No refunds will be offered in case of no-show or early departure.

  • In the event that the trip shall be prevented by reason of War, Act of God, the Acts or Regulations of Public Authorities, or other reason deemed force majeure, 75% of the remaining balance will be refunded (the deposit is non-refundable).
     

Dispute Resolution Clause:

In the event of a concern or dispute related to our services (multi-day trips, online classes, etc.), we strongly encourage our clients to contact us directly as the initial step towards resolution. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and thoroughly, aiming for a mutually satisfactory solution. Please reach out to us before considering a credit card dispute, allowing us the opportunity to assist you to the best of our ability. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we believe in resolving issues through open, constructive communication.
 

Health & Safety Protocol for Multi-Day Trips

  • We will follow all the current rules and regulations which are frequently changing. Participants will be updated on any important changes before and during the trip.

  • Proof of Covid vaccination and booster may be required. Every participant must be fully vaccinated and boosted.

  • Please bring proof of vaccination with you in case it is required for entry at border control.

  • You may be required to wear a face covering indoors.

  • A negative covid test may be required. We will follow all the latest guidelines and safety measures.

  • This information will be updated regularly and may change.

 

Health Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain travel health insurance for this trip. It is crucial to keep this information handy throughout the journey. Please provide any pertinent health insurance information and specific medical needs to the organizers before the trip to ensure a seamless and safe experience.

 

Passport

Participants are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid and they have the necessary visas for travel.

 

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for the safety and security of their belongings throughout the trip. You are encouraged to be attentive, keep your belongings close, and maintain awareness of your surroundings.

 

Photography

By participating in this journey, participants consent to the capture of group photographs for the purpose of memorializing trip experiences. These photographs may be used for promotional activities and shared across social media platforms. If you wish not to be photographed, it's your responsibility to remove yourself from the scene.

 

Responsibility & Liabilities

Travel has natural uncertainties. While Savant Tours Inc. and Art With Friends LLC strive to deliver the services as described, we are not accountable for unforeseeable events or actions by third parties, like transportation services, eateries, or attractions. You agree to not hold Savant Tours Inc., Art With Friends LLC, or their representatives liable for losses, damages, or injuries due to unexpected events or third-party actions. This, however, doesn't absolve Savant Tours Inc. and Art With Friends LLC of liabilities arising from gross negligence or deliberate misconduct.

 

Compliance with Laws

Participants agree to respect local customs and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules during the trip.

 

 

Online Courses

These terms and conditions apply to all for online courses reserved with Art With Friends, LLC.

All purchases made through this website,are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. In any and all bookings, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of the guest(s) named in the booking. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the company.

 

Payments

Art With Friends is able to accept the following payment methods: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Zelle and Venmo.

The company requires full payment in advance of tour/service in order to secure your reservation.

Upon release of payment and guarantee of booking, all guests submit 100% compliance to the following Terms & Conditions Policy. Should any doubt or dispute with said Terms & Conditions arise before booking, guests are requested to contact the company before confirming a booking.

Cancellations

You or any member of your party may cancel your booking or part of it once it has been confirmed but the cancellation will, unless otherwise agreed, only be valid if made in writing to Art With Friends LLC via email to info@artwfriends.com

The following cancellation charges apply:

  • Online Courses - A full refund will be made if Art With Friends is informed at least 24 hours before the start time.  

If a booking is made after the cancellation period mentioned above the cancellation policy applies automatically.

Our Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right in any circumstances (including failure to reach sufficient numbers) to cancel your booking. In this event we will return to you all money you have paid to us, or if possible we will offer you an alternative tour product of a similar value.
