About the event
Join us for Venice and Venus—an engaging and dynamic exploration of Venetian art and history, taught by Venetian art historian Eunice Yu and hosted by Lauren Jimerson, PhD. Each class is designed to be a riveting and enlightening discussion, offering an intimate look at the intersection of gender, art, and society. With small class sizes, this course provides the opportunity for community, conversation, and deeper connections among participants—all while diving into the rich world of Venice's artistic heritage.
This course will meet for four 90 minute sessions on the following Mondays from 1:00-2:30 PM*:
November 4, November 11, November 18, and November 25
*For flexibility, the course will also be offered on Wednesdays, from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. Students may choose to attend on either Monday or Wednesday.
